DELIVERY POLICY

International Shipping: Expected delivery within 7-10 days from the date of successful order placement.
For orders including products available in the Thailand warehouse, customers will receive their items within 3-4 days from the date of order. This information will be provided via your email.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

Online purchases can be exchanged within 3 days (from the delivery date) provided that the product is in its original condition, with tags intact (unremoved), and accompanied by the receipt.
For each orders, customers are allowed one exchange due to personal reasons. In this case, customers will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.
In cases where the received product is defective (torn, excessively faded, etc.) or does not match the ordered product (wrong model, color, size) – in such instances, nocturnal® may retrieve and replace the product for the customer and will cover the shipping costs both ways.
Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective products arising from nocturnal®.
