DELIVERY POLICY
- International Shipping: Expected delivery within 7-10 days from the date of successful order placement.
- For orders including products available in the Thailand warehouse, customers will receive their items within 3-4 days from the date of order. This information will be provided via your email.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
- Online purchases can be exchanged within 3 days (from the delivery date) provided that the product is in its original condition, with tags intact (unremoved), and accompanied by the receipt.
- For each orders, customers are allowed one exchange due to personal reasons. In this case, customers will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.
- In cases where the received product is defective (torn, excessively faded, etc.) or does not match the ordered product (wrong model, color, size) – in such instances, nocturnal® may retrieve and replace the product for the customer and will cover the shipping costs both ways.
- Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective products arising from nocturnal®.
